Prof. Roy Salomon is an Associate Professor at the Gonda Brain Research Center at Bar Ilan University. Dr. Salomon completed his PhD. at Tel Aviv University and the Weizmann Institute with (Prof. Dominque Lamy and Prof. Rafi Malach) and continued to a post-doctoral fellowship at EPFL with Prof. Olaf Blanke. In 2016 he founded the Lab of Self & Consciousness. His work centers on how the brain creates models of the “Self” and “Reality” in healthy and clinical populations. He uses behavioral, computational and neuroimaging techniques to study these self-and world models in the human brain.
